Manufactured by UniTrak Corporation Limited, the newly redesigned, tilting UniFlex Easy-Clean flexible screw conveyor is available with a three-inch diameter casing, and standard four-cubic-foot conical hopper.
Constructed entirely of stainless steel, the UniFlex Easy-Clean is ideal for sanitary applications, such as those in the food processing and pharmaceutical industries.
This simple but rugged conveyor can be used for batch applications and aims for a throughput capacity of 200 cubic feet per hour (depending on the characteristics of the product being conveyed), and is capable of transporting a wide range of free flowing powders, granules, or pellets safely and reliably.
As the name would suggest, the UniFlex Easy-Clean flexible screw conveyor has been designed with easy-to-clean features.
The conical infeed hopper has an electro-polish finish to improve product flow into the conveyor and eliminate the troublesome build-up of material.
