WestRock launches 2022 sustainability report

We are pleased to share the release of our fiscal-year 2022 Sustainability Report.

Key highlights from the report include:

  • Prioritized diversity in our value chain by spending more than $1 billion with nearly 3,800 small and diverse-owned suppliers, exceeding our goal of $975 million.
  • Made progress toward our Scope 1 and Scope 2 science-based targets (SBTs) with a 5.6 per cent total reduction from a 2019 baseline.
  • Explored plastic replacement with fibre-based materials, enhancing circularity and helping customers reduce packaging-related greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.
