McDonald’s offer five different global takes on its classic products - but for a limited time only.

For the global traveler out there, there is always the allure of see the sights, the sounds, the smells, trying new things, and sampling the locale cuisine.
For some, there’s a real kick to see a familiar restaurant in a foreign country, with the urge to see just how different the menu is.
While McDonald’s Canada isn’t quite going so far as to bring McDonald’s Japan to the Great White North, it is—for a very limited time—giving customers a chance to sample globalized food products created for the Canadian consumer in mind.
As part of McDonald’s Canada’s World Taste Tour, five new menu offerings are on the table:
Chinese Szechuan Burger – June 18 – July 1, 2018
A 100 percent Canadian beef burger topped with Szechuan sauce and crispy wontons, along with tomato, lettuce, grilled onions and mayonnaise on a toasted black and white sesame seed bun.
Italian Pesto Chicken Sandwich – July 2-15, 2018
Breaded seasoned chicken raised on Canadian farms, topped with pesto aioli sauce, shaved Parmesan cheese, arugula, and a tomato slice loaded on a toasted focaccia bun sprinkled with rosemary.
Aussie BBQ & Egg Burger – July 16-29, 2018
A 100 percent Canadian beef burger topped with an egg, crispy beet chips, processed cheese, lettuce, a smoky BBQ sauce on a brioche-style bun.
Mexican Bacon Queso More-Ning McWrap – June 18 – July 29, 2018
Scrambled eggs, topped with hickory-smoked bacon, lettuce, tomatoes and queso sauce wrapped in a soft tortilla.
French Crème Brûlée McFlurry – June 18 – July 29
A creamy vanilla soft serve ice cream swirled with caramelized sugar topping and Crème Brûlée sauce.
McDonald’s Canada is also offering customers a chance to win a trip to China, Italy or Australia if they purchase McDonald’s products using the McD’s app. Information is available HERE.
