Stoney Creek, Ont.—TMF Foods – The Meat Factory Limited, a leader in the processing and packaging or peameal bacon, has strengthened its senior management team.
According to company chairman and chief executive officer Lou Albanese, TMF has appointed:
- Dan Davies to president;
- Dameion Albanese to executive vice-president;
- Adeo Calcagni to vice-President of food service sales; and
- Stephen Rodrigues to the position of vice-president of retail sales.
“This is a very exciting time at TMF Foods. I am extremely pleased that my team has the senior level of experience and industry knowledge, coupled with the creativity necessary to drive a company that is ready for rapid growth,” says Lou Albanese.
The announcement marks a significant change in TMF Foods’ operating model, and has been designed to improve the customer experience while simultaneously streamlining its corporate leadership model, says Albanese. “We are all very excited about the future direction that the company is taking, and with these appointments, we are poised to make an even greater mark within the industry.”
TMF Foods Ltd. has under its auspices, Peameal Bacon of Canada Ltd., and also produces the extensive Lou’s Barbeque line of fully cooked entrees for both foodservice and retail customers.
