The Bakery Showcase held May 4-6, 2-14 at the International center in Mississauga, Ont. is Canada’s national baking industry trade show and conference event.
Over 4,250 industry professionals are elected to attend the event, including bakers (retail, commercial and wholesale), along with grocery and foodservice outlets.
While the three-day event features trade show exhibits and booths, the show, established in 1965 also promises seminars and workshops and even evening festivities.
Designed as a forum for suppliers, bakers and buyers of baked goods can met on common ground to conduct business, the Bakery Showcase features a highly-qualified audience with authority, influence and buying power, with some 88 per cent of registrants for the 2012 event noting they had a role in the purchasing decisions for their company.
