As part of its strategic plan focused on capacity growth, management of Roda Packaging is pleased to announce it has acquired Industries Rada Ltd., after sourcing materials from the latter company for more than 10 years. Under the new designation Industries Rada (2019) Inc., the new entity will help respond positively to a specific shortage in market supply.
Smooth transition planned
The transition period, to begin April 8, 2019, will have no effect on operations or structure, thanks to the efficiency and superior adaptability of the new management team. Joining the organization will be Stéphan Berthiaume, as its President, and Isabelle Lehoux, as Chief Financial and Human Resources Officer.

“With this transaction, we gain the combined strengths of production capacity, a proven sales force and a cross- Canada distribution network,” Mr. Berthiaume explains. “We believe in the intrinsic value of the made-in-Québec business model we offer our clients, and now look to reap the benefits of enhanced production capacity and of technology investments to be made in the months to come.
