Menasha Corp. acquires PearceWellwood and ownership in Tencorr Packaging
Acquisition expands Menasha Packaging Company’s operations to Canada, enhances end-to-end merchandising solutions.

NEENAH, Wis.—Menasha Corporation announces has acquired PearceWellwood Inc. of Brampton, Ont, a family-owned business that will operate as part of Menasha Packaging Company, LLC, a subsidiary of Menasha Corporation. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
PearceWellwood designs and manufactures corrugated displays for the retail industry and offers fulfillment and distribution services.
In a related transaction, Menasha also acquired an ownership interest in Tencorr Packaging, a corrugated sheet manufacturer with plants in Brampton and Mississauga, Ont., from PearceWellwood’s parent company, Pearce Group.
The Tencorr investment will ensure that the PearceWellwood business will continue to benefit from a reliable, high-quality corrugated supply.

Similar to Menasha, PearceWellwood uses market research and an integrated merchandising model to provide customers with value-added insight and end-to-end solutions. Both companies serve retailers and consumer packaged goods customers in food, household and personal care segments.
Founded in 1974, PearceWellwood has two facilities in Brampton, Ontario and 140 employees.
