Krones upgrades for dairy industry

General Germany dairy industry Krones AG Milkron GmbHUpgraded capabilities for the dairy industry via its new Milkron subsidiary.
NEUTRAUBLING, GERMANY—Krones AG of Neutraubling, Germany, will be synergizing its operations involving plant construction and service support for the dairy industry, under the aegis of Milkron GmbH.
With this step, Krones AG aims to raise its profile for the relevant process technology, to become a global vendor for this segment on a long-term basis.
Milkron GmbH is headquartered in Laatzen near Hanover, Germany, and will focus on the engineering of production lines for all liquid to paste-like dairy products.
Its performative skills cover planning, project management, automation, installation, plus commissioning and acceptance-testing of the equipment on site. Moreover, spare parts and service support business, plus expansion jobs on existing kit, will form an important constituent of the firm’s corporate capabilities.
Milkron GmbH has been a business operations and subsidiary of Krones AG since August 1, 2016.
“The aim over the next few years is to make Milkron GmbH a can-do team, and to bring on board highly qualified staff for this purpose,” says Ralf Goldbrunner, the member of Krones AG’s Executive Board responsible for this sector.
