Puisis and Sharp will report directly to Intelligrated’s chief executive officer Chris Cole, joining Jim McCarthy, president and chief executive officer and Steve Ackerman, executive vice-president, on the executive committee. Directly reporting to Puisis will be Mark Tefend, general counsel and vice-president, legal & human resources, Bryan Jones, vice-president and corporate controller and Steve Crone, chief information officer.
