Paramount Fine Foods launches new menu items to help their customers celebrate Ramadan at home
TORONTO, ON — The last few months have been a stressful time for Canadians, and as holidays approach it becomes even more difficult for those who celebrate with food, family and friends.
With Ramadan starting, many Canadians are left wondering what their options are, and how they can celebrate the breaking of their fast. With grocery stores all having long lines and limited stock, many may find difficulties in gathering the materials they need for a delicious meal after sunset.
Paramount Fine Foods is eager to help those who want to celebrate the breaking of their fast with delicious food. The restaurant has launched new menu deals that incorporate authentic, delicious cuisine, catered to help those celebrating the religious holiday.
“During this global pandemic many families who usually celebrate iftar (the breaking of the fast at sunset) by hosting large dining celebrations with family and friends are unable to enjoy their usual traditions”, says Mohamad Fakih, founder and owner of the Paramount Fine Foods chain of restaurants. “We want to give families another option, so that they can celebrate their traditions without worrying about their meals.”
The menu will offer three iftar deals during Ramadan:
- Iftar Box: For $15, an individual can enjoy a barbecued half-chicken with rice, salad, lentil soup and garlic sauce.
- Family Meal: For $20, a family can enjoy a whole chicken with rice, garlic sauce and fresh pita.
- Iftar Platters: Paramount will be offering various iftar platters, ranging from $45-$95, all large enough for the whole family to enjoy.
The menu will be available for both delivery and curbside pickup throughout the month of Ramadan.
