H.B. Fuller Acquires Nordic Adhesives

General acquisition Flexible Packaging H.B. Fuller Company Nordic Adhesives

H.B. Fuller Company of St. Paul, MN, recently announced it has entered into an agreement to acquire Nordic Adhesives, a developer and manufacturer of flexible packaging adhesives, based in Buxtehude, Germany that generated net revenue of approximately $9-million U.S. in 2008.

Fuller acknowledges that the acquisition will complement its existing product line, enhances applications knowledge and enable it to extend its reach into a $1-billion segment of the adhesives industry.
