Flow Water, an Ontario mineral water producer, is offering a plant tour and seminar at its Aurora facility on November 22, 2017.

Flow Water Inc. is opening up its doors on November 22, 1017 at its new state-of-the-art Aurora, Ont. mineral water facility.

The plant is home to Tetra Pak A3/Flex machinery that packages alkaline spring water locally sourced using fully sustainable practices.

Flow Water is protective of the water source, and everything they make is relentlessly designed to be recycled with minimal impact. Cartons are collected, sorted and sent to a paper mill to be given new life, as recycled paper or plastic goods.

A decade ago their partners Tetra Pak, kick started the Carton Council which skyrocketed the percentage of households with access to recycling. Major win for all!

Flow Water packs are transported as mega rolls and assembled at the plant because it’s hugely efficient. Rolls require minimal vehicles on the road which cuts pollution, keeps fuel low, and helps us emit the lowest CO2 (carbon dioxide) footprint possible.

The packaging line provides outstanding performance and is capable of producing carton packages with bio based caps, in a variety of sizes and shapes: Tetra Prisma Aseptic 500 ml Edge with DreamCap 26, Tetra Prisma Aseptic 750 ml Square with HeliCap 27, Tetra Prisma Aseptic 1000 ml Square with HeliCap 27.

Starting with February 2018 Flow Water will have the capabilities to package other organic low-acid products from flavored water to teas, maple sap, cold brew coffees, just to name a few.
