Crawford Packaging appoints Doug Crowe to Regional Sales Manager position

GeneralEssex Ontario, Canada, Sept. 24, 2020: Crawford Packaging is pleased to announce that Doug Crowe will take on the role of Regional Sales Manager for Southwestern Ontario – servicing the packaging needs of all market sectors including produce, distribution, food processing, and industrial.
Doug, who has been with Crawford Packaging for over 30 years, will now manage a team of sales representatives to service all customers in the region – a new sales model that Crawford will be adopting. The team will work together to serve all accounts in the region.
“This new regional model will allow Crawford Packaging to bring more expertise and a higher level of service to customers in the region,” says John Ashby, President of Crawford Packaging, “especially for customers who will be served by our upcoming location in Essex, Ontario.”
On why Doug was chosen for the role, John states that Doug has extensive knowledge in all market verticals (including produce, distribution, food processing, and industrial) as well as several decades of experience working with customers in the Southwestern Ontario region.
About Doug Crowe
Doug first joined Crawford Packaging back in 1990 as a Sales Representative for the Leamington-Windsor area. In 1998, he was promoted to Sales Manager and transferred to Crawford’s London location. 7 years later, Doug transferred back to the Leamington-Windsor area to help service the Produce market. Doug enjoys the ever-changing world of Packaging and helping his clients achieve their business goals & objectives.
Outside of work, nothing gives him more pleasure than spending time with his family. Doug also enjoys swimming & sailing, competing in Triathlons, and volunteering with the Knights of Columbus & Saint Vincent De Paul Food Bank. His major accomplishments include completing 1-full & 8-half Ironman Triathlons, 5 marathons, and competing in the 2015 World Masters Swimming Championships.
