London, Ontario, Nov. 23, 2020: Crawford Packaging is pleased to announce that it has acquired Summit Paper & Packaging, a packaging company located in Brampton, Ontario. The official acquisition date is December 21, 2020.
Owned and Managed by Mike Bowden and Dan Djakalovic, Summit Paper & Packaging specializes in industrial packaging solutions, particularly for Distribution & E-Commerce customers. While Mike is looking forward to a well-earned retirement, Dan will continue to work in a sales capacity. Dan and the Summit team are looking forward to bringing Crawford’s extensive product line, including packaging automation to improve their customers’ performance.
Summit will continue to operate independently for the foreseeable future and will operate as a division of Crawford Packaging. The addition of Summit strengthens Crawford’s team of professionals who are dedicated to driving new packaging solutions to clients across North America.
