Ecovadis is the world’s most trusted provider of business sustainability ratings and is helping companies of all sizes and industries to benchmark and drive improvements. They have defined a model which measures seven management indicators across 21 sustainability criteria in 4 different themes that are Environment, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics and Sustainable Procurement.

Ecovadis experts review the submitted processes, procedures, documentation and results. The final assessment result is published in a scorecard along with benchmarks and detailed feedback of strengths and improvement areas in each of the four themes.

Corplex chose Ecovadis to assess the performance of its plant in Kaysersberg, France, one of Corplex’ 7 plants in the world. This assessment resulted in Corplex getting a Silver scoring from Ecovadis.

“We are very proud of this result. It shows that we have an 81st percentile score, which means that we are positioned within the top 25% of assessed applicant companies. We view this as positive step of our Corplex continuous improvement path towards QEHS Excellence,” says Christopher Mains, Quality Environmental Health & Safety Director.
