General Certified Machinery Safety Expert CMSE TÜV NORD Certification

Earn certification in machine safety to ensure proper implementation of new facility automation.

The next available training for the CMSE (Certified Machinery Safety Expert) qualification program will take place April 18-21, 2017 and October 17-20, 2017 in Vaughan, Ont.

This four-day course is delivered in the form of lectures, discussions and practical workshops, culminating in an examination.

Gaining certification will enable participants to:

  • Develop a greater understanding of the requirements of the relevant regulations;
  • Discover how these may be applied to the design, build, maintenance and operation of the machinery;
  • Understand the obligations to be met when specifying, designing or putting machinery into service;
  • Manage projects from risk assessment to safety upgrade and implementation World Class;

Internationally valid TÜV NORD Certification will be presented to a participant who demonstrates the understanding of the five modules by completing a final examination.

Based on the test results, successful participants will be awarded an internationally valid, TÜV NORD certificate and are then entitled to use the letters CMSE within their title.
