CCCA celebrates 50 years of corrugated excellence: Montreal gala hosts industry leaders

Wednesday, May 15 — Leaders past and present of the Canadian Corrugated and Containerboard Association (CCCA) got together to celebrate and reminisce about 50 years of innovation and contributions of Canada’s corrugated industry for CPG customers and consumers alike.

The event was emceed by Éric Paradis, VP of Sales for Cascades Containerboard Packaging (1st picture).

The event was attended by legends of the industry, including Marc-André Dépin, former President of Cascades Containerboard Packaging (2nd picture), David Andrews, a longtime corrugate veteran and former President of CCCA (3rd picture), Serge Desgagnes from Kruger (4th picture) and business owner and pioneer Peter Moore, among many others.

The celebration was a jovial affair filled with anecdotes from the early days through to the advent of flexographic printing and to the contemporary digital age, all enjoyed at Ferreira Café on a warm Montreal evening.
