Alps Welding opens a segregated facility dedicated to the fabrication of stainless steel and non-ferrous alloy equipment

Alps Welding Ltd. has expanded into an additional 35,000 square feet of space adjacent to its current operation, dedicated to fabrication using stainless steel and non-ferrous alloys. The company will now be able to offer additional services to both existing and new customers.
The new facility will feature best-in-class tooling and equipment that will support Alps’ ability to manufacture pressure vessels, piping, heat exchangers, modular systems and other products for the markets we serve, including the pharmaceutical, food, and beverage industries.
The modern space consists of 2 bays that are clean and well-lit, with 50 tons of crane capacity, 30 feet under the crane hook, 16-foot wide shipping doors, entirely physically separated from the carbon steel fabrication bay. This segregation will prevent contamination of projects that require stainless steel or other alloys, including titanium, Hastelloy, Inconel, Monel, and others.
Alps Welding currently employs 57 people, including skilled craftspeople, engineers, quality control professionals, and project managers. This expansion will create additional employment opportunities throughout the company over the next few years.
