A study in the U.S. says that approximately one-third of all seafood is counterfeit. And it’s not just seafood that’s at risk. Food fraud happens with everything from olive oil to honey. The Agenda with Steve Paikin on TVO examines this rising practice, and what can be done about it, including a look at DNA barcoding.
