PAC, Packaging Consortium is hosting a one-hour webinar on June 12, 2018 offering a chance to learn the latest ways to prevent food waste.
Awareness of the food waste crisis is on the rise. Scaling up solutions such as standardized date labeling, consumer education campaigns, and packaging adjustments will help stop waste from occurring in the first place. Major players in this space, including the National Zero Waste Council and ReFED, are forming new partnerships in order to engage multiple stakeholders and to further drive these solutions.
Join this special one-hour webinar to learn about the latest strategies from these two organizations as they lead the path forward for the reduction of food waste in Canada and the U.S.
This webinar will also feature the key learnings from the National Zero Waste Council’s date labeling workshop to take place on June 7, 2018 in conjunction with the Sustainable Brands 2018 conference in Vancouver, BC.
