Mmmm… baked goods…
The Bakery Showcase 2018 held April 29-30, 2018 at the International Center, Hall 5 in Mississauga, Ont. is Canada’s national baking industry trade show and conference event.
Held every two years, the Bakery Showcase event is the largest and the only baking industry B2B (business to business) trade show and conference produced in Canada.
Over 4,500 industry professionals are scheduled to attend the event, including bakers (retail, commercial and wholesale), along with grocery and foodservice outlets. The event showcases baked goods—fresh, proof & bake, par-baked, freezer-to-oven, thaw & serve—baking ingredients, equipment, packaging services and technology.
While the two-day event features trade show exhibits and booths—close to 400 booths in a 100,000-square-foot event space—the show, established in 1965 also promises educational seminars, workshops and other social programs.
Designed as a forum for suppliers, bakers and buyers of baked goods to meet on common ground to conduct business, the Bakery Showcase features a highly-qualified audience with authority, influence and buying power, with some 88 per cent of registrants for the event noting they had a role in the purchasing decisions for their respective company.
To exhibit at the show or to arrange for tickets to attend, visit the website of show organizer the Baking Association of Canada: www.baking.ca.
The Baking Association of Canada is the national trade association representing Canada’s multi-billion dollar baking industry.
