Design & Innovation Bottling RPC Promens Consumer Llantrisant Tetrosyl Triplewax Shake & Shine Waterless Wash and Wax waterless vehicle cleaning system

Waterless Triplewax car cleaning comes in handy custom bottle.

Car care pioneer Tetrosyl has launched a waterless vehicle cleaning system in a handy custom bottle from RPC Promens Consumer Llantrisant.

Triplewax Shake & Shine Waterless Wash and Wax contains a wash layer and a wax layer, which are activated after the container is shaken.

It retails in a 1-liter clear PVC (Polyvinyl chloride) bottle created with RPC Promens Llantrisant to feel balanced and easy to use in the hand, and with the labeling area maximized to enhance on-shelf attraction. Branding is enhanced with the use of an embossed CarPlan logo.

The upper phase of the bottle contains a mix of solvents and oils to wet the surface and remove dirt and grease. The larger lower phase contains a combination of paint conditioners and waxes to leave a lasting shine. The product is delivered via a trigger spray.

Triplewax product manager Sarah Taylor says, “We created Triplewax Shake & Shine to give customers a product that is easy to use anywhere.

“That has to be supported by the design of the container, making it simple for consumers to use the product.”

Triplewax Shake & Shine is the latest product to be released under RPC Promens Llantrisant’s continuing contract to supply plastic containers for Tetrosyl.

More than 100 distinct products in the company’s own-brand and private-label range appear in containers injection stretch molded at the Llantrisant factory.
