New vice-president of sales and vice-president of human resources to support growth and expansion of company.

NAPA, CA—To support recent and future growth and meet the continued industry demand for high-quality label printing services, Tapp Label Company has added key personnel to its executive team.

On the heels of the recent acquisition of Metro Label in Toronto, Tapp Label chief executive officer David Bowyer has announced the addition of Vinod Sharma to the Tapp executive team.

With over 30 years of experience in the packaging and labeling industry, Sharma has been instrumental to the success of Metro Label Group and in the development and management of a wide array of services and solutions across nearly every sector of the business for clients and brands that span Canada, the U.S., South America, and beyond.

As vice-president of sales, Sharma will oversee international sales in Central America, Eastern Canada and throughout North America, primarily for the wine, spirits, pharmaceutical, food and other key industries. Sharma is located in the current Metro Label facility in Toronto.

To meet the demands of a growing workforce and support the continued expansion of the company, Tapp label has added human resources veteran Dawn Moreci to the executive team.

With nearly two decades of experience as an HR leadership professional, Moreci brings a breadth and depth of experience earned through working for private and public companies of all sizes and across multiple sectors.

Working from Tapp’s corporate office in Napa, CA, Moreci will lead the strategy and execution of all HR functions for 300 employees across all of Tapp’s facilities in the U.S. and Canada.
