W&H has next-gen flexo and gravure presses at drupa 2016

Windmöller & Hölscher to provide live demonstrations of its presses at drupa 2016.

Windmöller & Hölscher Group will present its comprehensive product portfolio on more than 1,000 square meters at the drupa 2016 trade show in Düsseldorf (Hall 15, Booth A41), May 31-June 10, 2016.

A new generation of flexo and gravure printing presses will be premiered at the event.

“As is customary for W&H, we will unveil our newest technologies at drupa where visitors from all over the world can have a close-up view,” says W&H chief executive officer Dr. Jürgen Vutz, noting that live machine demonstrations will run several times daily.

At this year’s trade show, W&H will focus on the concept of Packaging 4.0, the company’s vision of Industry 4.0 applied to the production of packaging.

“We will show how intelligent machines, integrated processes and intuitive handling are already increasing efficiency during production and bringing customers substantial added value,” adds Vutz.

In addition to the booth at drupa 2016, W&H will simultaneously host an in-house expo with further machine demonstrations in its new 3,000 square meter technology center in Lengerich, Germany.
