New website offers a wide range of new and expanded content and functionality for customers and job-applicants.

In May of this year, SEW-Eurodrive Canada launched a new internet site for the Canadian market. The website offers a wide range of new and expanded content and functionality. Customers, job applicants and anyone else interested can now find exactly the information they need, quickly and directly. The new site can be accessed on a range of different devices such as PCs and tablets right through to smartphones. This ensures that all opportunities for conversation with SEW-Eurodrive are covered.

In addition to restructuring the site’s content, we have also revamped its design – the result is a cutting-edge, user-friendly, cross-media site that can also be used on mobile devices. The structure of the site ensures accurate responses to all inquiries, provides good orientation and points of reference, takes users to where they need to go reliably, and makes relevant information quick to find and read.

New for customers – Online Support
For customers, there is one new feature that is particularly important. The DriveGate customer portal, which up till now has been run on a separate platform, has been integrated into the new website and renamed “Online Support”. This brings several new benefits.

For one, customers now stay within one system and do not have to leave the website. The logical structure is based on process stages and ensures straightforward, direct access to the functions relevant to particular customers. Many online services can be accessed without any need to log in, as it is now only functions involving sensitive or customer-specific content that require user registration. As part of the restructuring, there are a whole host of new and expanded functions to support users in their work with SEW-Eurodrive and provide them with the information they need. This includes quick retrieval of CAD data and documentation, simple product configuration, clearly structured transaction management and much more.

At “NEXT GUIDED TOUR” you will find a range of useful videos that explain the important new functions you will be able to access in future. In the “NEXT QUESTION” section, you can read answers to a selection of key questions, and at “NEXT CONTACT”, you can find out more about your personal contacts in the Online Support team.

New for products – product finder
In the “Products” section, users can access the new SEW-Eurodrive product finder. This makes it much easier to find the right products, as users are guided step by step to the relevant product within our extensive portfolio. The product pages themselves then provide a wide range of context-specific, detailed information.
