Automation Cartoning Case Packing Palletizing Nuspark facility tour Nuspark Inc. PAC Packaging Consortium

On February 7, 2018, Nuspark is opening its doors to provide a view of its design and manufacturing department of its automation equipment facility in Toronto.

Nuspark Inc., headquartered in Toronto, designs and builds versatile, practical packaging and automation equipment for customers in the food, consumer goods, personal care, pharmaceutical, and automotive markets.

Specializing in cartoning, case packing, palletizing, automotive assembly fixtures, and custom engineering, Nuspark delivers end-to-end packaging and automation solutions. All systems and equipment built in the facility are designed to order.

Nuspark is, in itself, a case study in companies staying close knit while expanding. Since the inception of the company 20 years ago by five friends in a basement, it has grown to over 50 people in a bright, modern 35,000+ square foot facility. More than half the employees have been here since the beginning and continue helping this company grow.

Tour Nuspark and hear about the design and manufacturing process in depth as you see the engineering department and the assembly floor. You will have a chance to get familiar with workflow as well as understand where many automation issues arise and how to avoid them in your own projects. As the tour moves through the assembly floor you will see a number of machines in different stages of production and debugging, from bare frames to fully functionally automation. Machines which are capable (at the time of the tour) will be in motion performing “dry cycles”, and any questions regarding their functionality are welcomed.
