PAC offers Walmart Scorecard Training

July 2, 2009
by Canadian Packaging Staff

On July 1, 2009, Walmart Canada launched its Packaging Scorecard nation wide in an effort to accurately measure its progress towards reducing packaging by five per cent by 2013.

In an effort to help the Scorecard users, training is being offered in partnership with ECRM and Packaging Association of Canada (PAC), to provide instruction to help attendees enter data into the Walmart Packaging Sustainability Scorecard. The course includes a detailed guide through scorecard input.

It also provides a review of the metrics associated with the Scorecard. A hands-on exercise will illustrate the power of Package Modeling 2.0 in helping you understand and improve your scores. The course includes a limited time license for the packaging scorecard allowing attendees to further acquaint themselves with it’s potential
