Fast and simple to set-up and changeover, the Sleek 65 horizontal flow wrapper is the latest addition to WeighPack Systems‘ range of leading edge technologies.
Capable of wrapping at speeds of up to 200 packages per minute, the versatile Sleek 65 is completely servo driven for precise positioning, and smooth acceleration and deceleration.
User-friendly color touch screen with pre-programmed product set-up and adjustable forming box the Sleek 65 is very flexible and easy to use. Ideal for confectionary, snack foods, bakery, hardware and other non-food products such as pharmaceutical or medical products, the Sleek 65 is an effective addition to most production lines.
The Sleek 65 wrapper uses three servo motors and servo drives that creates quick and easy changeover adjustment—no chains, no gears, no lubrication needed.
Servo drives assures precise positioning, smooth acceleration—deceleration and very little cause or need for maintenance.
Equipped with a dual lug position infeed conveyor and an adjustable forming shoulder; changing from product to product is very simple without the headache and cost from changing parts. Standard features include precise PID (proportional-integral-derivative) temperature control, pre-programmed and stored product set-up, stainless steel frame construction, user friendly color touch screen HMI (human-machine interface), auto open/close rotary fin wheel assembly and rotary seal jaws with jam detecting logic.
The Sleek 65 wrapper can be equipped with gas flush capabilities for extended shelf life as well as printing and/or labeling attachments for product identification or code dating. Running registered printed roll stock film is simple and easy with eye mark sensing devices mounted on the film unwind roller assembly.
The Sleek 65 wrapper can wrap using many roll stock materials including and not limited to polypropylene film, microperf material, multilayer laminated, co-extruded and foil films.
