Now available in Canada through Trans-Quip Inc. located in Grimbsy, Ont., the PalletPal Mobile Leveler allows workers to lift, transport and position loads up to 3,000 pounds.
Manufactured by Southworth Products Corp. of Portland, Maine, PalletPal Mobile Levelers can significantly increase safety and productivity.
Ideal for anyone feeding printing presses, cutters, binderies, metal presses, conveyors, packaging stations and more, the PalletPal reduces production time and labor turnover by eliminating repetitive bending, lifting, and carrying, all at a fraction of the cost of a driver-operated fork lift truck.
Designed to handle any type of pallet or skid, PalletPal Mobile Levelers can be operated by anyone and feature a low 52.5-in. overall height and dual-wheel steering provide unobstructed operator views and optimum maneuverability.
The customer can choose manual or electric lift and drive. Standard features on all models include infinite height adjustment, safety wheel/toe guards, and auto-stop release. Electric models have extended-duty cycles, battery discharge indicators, and integral battery chargers.
PalletPal Mobile Levelers are available in two basic configurations. The “Fork Over” handles skids and pallets with no cross-bottom boards. The “Straddle” can handle pallets and skids with either open or closed bottoms.
Standard fork lengths are 42" for “Straddle” models and 45" for “Fork Over” units. Other fork lengths are available.
