Intelligrated, a leading U.S.-owned automated material handling solutions provider, has announced the re-launch of the Real Time Solutions order fulfillment system as part of the company’s expanded product portfolio. The comprehensive suite includes pick-to-light, pick-to-voice, pick-to-cart, RF picking and order fulfillment software.
Intelligrated acquired Real Time Solutions through its purchase of FKI Logistex in 2009 and now supports over 300 system installations in North America. Ideal for warehousing, fulfillment and DC (Distribution Center) environments, Real Time Solutions order fulfillment systems are designed to incorporate customer-driven workflows and picking technologies to improve customer satisfaction through efficient and accurate order filling.

This comprehensive order fulfillment suite features a broad range of integrated solutions, enabling customers to use multiple picking methodologies and a range of picking styles such as discrete, batch, pick-and-pass and put distribution. Real Time Solutions software tools work across multiple order fulfillment technologies to plan the amount and application of labor, providing the ability to monitor productivity and make adjustments based on real-time operations.
With flexible features such as dynamic zone sizes and cluster picking of multiple orders, Real Time Solutions order fulfillment systems can be tailored to fit any operation. To drive increased accuracy and productivity, workflows can be configured to meet customer business processes, such as inventory exception handling including shorts, overpicks, holding orders and triggering replenishment.
