Premier Tech has developed two automated palletizers that are specially designed to meet the specific needs of the ice industry.
The automatic AC-110 and AC-120 palletizers provide increased reliability for reduced down times, while the rugged design allows for extended operation periods.
A distinctive feature of the AC-110 and AC-120 ice palletizers is the gripper, made up of 48 independent suction cups allowing it to lift several bags at a time and adapt to several different palletizing patterns, all at speeds reaching up to 45 bags/minute.
Bags can be handled at high speeds without the gripper’s surface being full; while the palletizer’s pneumatic components provide excellent lifting power enabling it to move ice bags and bales weighing between 10 and 50 pounds.
The compact design of the palletizers allows for optimal operation in tight spaces, while complying with the most stringent safety standards.
