The Vassopyo mechanical tray former from Eagle Packaging Machinery LLC of Miami, FL, is all mechanical making it extremely easy to operate and maintain and is designed to last.
The Vassoyo can run a variety of trays including standard end slot, side slot, and clam shells, with or without a lid, up to 45 trays per minute. With our built in quick size change over system, changing from one size to another takes minutes and with the extended hopper option, you can load the hopper for nonstop production.
The main features of the heavy duty Vassoyo include: welded steel frame; mechanical low-maintenance drive; sealed ball bearings in the blank transfer section with self cleaning tracks; venturi vacuum technology for tray extraction from the hopper; Omron programmable logic control; and a Nordson glue system. The color touch screen user interface allows adjustment of glue patterns, trouble shooting and full access to all functions and timing of the machine.
