British paper manufacturer wraps chocolate in chocolate plant waste.

Here’s an interesting story Canadian Packaging recently saw online about how a British paper manufacturer has taken the discarded husks from cocoa beans and converted them into paper that wraps chocolates.

The concept is even more impressive when you realize that when it comes to the cocoa bean, which is used to make chocolate, some 76 per cent of the bean consists of the outer husk.
