Videojet Acquires Wolke Inks & Printers

Videojet Technologies Inc., a world-leading manufacturer of variable data printing and coding products and accessories, has agreed to acquire Wolke Inks & Printers GmbH of Hersbruck, Germany, a leading global supplier of thermal ink jet coding systems.

Products from Wolke enable companies to print variable, high-resolution marks, such as 2D bar codes, onto packaging. The combined expertise of Videojet and Wolke will create a single source for coding and marking technologies for pharmaceutical companies, packaging machinery manufacturers and other industrial companies.
