Brand developer appoints Richard McDonald senior VP position.

CHICAGO—Schawk, Inc., a leading provider of brand development and deployment services, has announced the appointment of Richard McDonald to the newly-created position of senior vice-president, business development, CPG (consumer packaged goods) practice.

McDonald will be responsible for integrating and leading the business development function for the full range of Schawk’s brand development and brand deployment services into a single business practice designed to serve CPGs.

Prior to joining Schawk, McDonald was leading business development at Ryan Partnership where he was building a collaborative sales culture and transforming the agency’s ability to influence clients and expand its image for tactical problem-solving to one of providing strategic counsel, creative ideas and flawless execution.

Earlier, he was the founder and global chief growth officer of TimeZoneOne, a strategic sales and marketing agency where he was instrumental in delivering profitable growth to Fortune 500 brands and businesses.

McDonald comes to Schawk with over 18 years of global sales, marketing and business growth experience, having achieved international success across multiple businesses within New Zealand/Australia, U.K., Europe, Asia and the U.S. for a wide range of brands that include Unilever, Henkel, Fonterra, Budweiser, PepsiCo, Kellogg’s, Nestlé, Dole, Hennessy, American Express, BP, Sears, Crocs, Chase, and Darden.
