PolyOne Corporation has recently announced the hiring of Joseph P. Kelley as vice-president of planning and investor relations and the promotion of Vincent W. Shemo to vice-president and controller.
Prior to joining PolyOne, Kelley served as the director of acquisitions and investor relations, and as European finance director. His experience includes the consolidation of their global finance organization, the acquisition and integration of two global companies and the development and execution of an investor relations strategy. Other positions held include: various financial roles of increasing responsibility with CNH Global, Lante Corporation, PricewaterhouseCoopjavascript:iw_wizard_doFinish()ers, and Parker Hannifin.
Shemo joined PolyOne in September, 2008 and was most served as director of corporate finance. Prior to joining PolyOne, Shemo had extensive financial leadership experience having served as controller for the Specialty Products division of Novelis, Incorporated, a producer of flat-rolled aluminum products. He has also held senior financial roles with the Timken Company and ABB Incorporated.
