Motion Canada, a division of the Birmingham-based Motion Industries, Inc., a leading distributor of industrial maintenance, repair, and operation (MRO) replacement parts, has opened a new branch in Cranbrook, B.C.
With 2011 sales of $4.2 billion, Motion Industries is a leading industrial parts distributor of bearings, mechanical power transmission, electrical and industrial automation, hydraulic and industrial hose, hydraulic and pneumatic components, industrial products, and material handling. Motion Industries has over 500 operations including ten distribution centers throughout N.A. and serves over 150,000 customers in the food and beverage, pulp and paper, iron and steel, chemical, mining and aggregate, petrochemical, automotive, wood and lumber, and pharmaceutical industries.
