CINCINNATI—Intelligrated, a leading North American-based automated material handling solutions provider, announces the appointment of John Sorensen to the position of senior vice-president and general manager, Lifecycle Support Services, Intelligrated.
Sorensen brings more than 18 years of experience and a successful track record of managing large-scale aftermarket service and support organizations to his new role.
He will oversee all Intelligrated aftermarket services from installation and training to maintenance and technical support.
Working with senior management, he plans to develop strategy and execution plans to drive the next phase of growth for Lifecycle Support Services, with an initial focus on Intelligrated’s existing installation base and development of new technology.

Before joining Intelligrated, Sorensen spent most of his career at Honeywell Process Solutions, working as a director and regional manager before serving as general manager of lifecycle services and solutions. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering technology from DeVry University and earned his MBA from Webster University in St. Louis.
