Not just an engagement but a marriage as Engage acquires NAFM, a leading supplier of shrink sleeve and labeling solutions.

BROOKLYN PARK, Minnesota—Engage Technologies Corporation, the parent company of Squid Ink Manufacturing, Eastey Enterprises, and Cogent Technologies, has announced the acquisition of NAFM, a leading manufacturer and supplier of shrink sleeve and labeling solutions.

NAFM, headquartered in Corona, CA, manufactures and supplies a complete line of shrink sleeve labelers, heat shrink tunnels, full body labels, tamper evident seals and contract labeling and packaging services. NAFM shrink sleeve labeling solutions are used for industries including food and beverage, medical and pharmaceutical, building products, and other manufactured goods. They will continue to operate out of Corona as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Engage.

Engage president and chief executive officer William T.
