ALEXANDRIA, MN.—Douglas Machine Inc., a 100% employee-owned business and a leading provider of packaging automation and services, is proud to announce its 50th year in business.

Since 1964, Douglas has been providing secondary and end-of-line packaging solutions including case packers, shrink wrap systems, cartoners and technical services to the world’s top consumer packaged goods companies.

Today Douglas is an ESOP (employee stock ownership plan) company, fully-owned and fully-operated by its employee owners.
