Veritiv has new operational home

General Veritiv CorporationCompany’s U.S. Operational Support Group to be based in Fairfield, Ohio.
FAIRFIELD, OHIO—Veritiv Corporation, a leading North American distribution solutions company, with corporate headquarters in Atlanta, has selected Gilmore Pointe in Fairfield, OH, as the new home for the company’s operational support group.
The estimated 72,000 square feet space will host approximately 400 of Veritiv’s customer service, credit, IT, and finance professionals who are currently located in the Loveland, OH area.

The Greater Cincinnati area is home to approximately 520 Veritiv employees, including a large distribution center in Northern Kentucky. In total, the company employs more than 600 people in the State of Ohio.
Veritiv’s new Fairfield office building, owned by Cincinnati Financial Corporation, is located at the Gilmore Road and I-275 interchange. There are several shopping centers, restaurants, and a major hospital located nearby. The company will commence work to build out the space immediately and is currently scheduled to begin moving employees into the facility in early fall 2016.

Veritiv executives partnered with the City of Fairfield and the Regional Economic Development Initiative (REDI) Cincinnati to secure the new location. The Fairfield property met many of the company’s requirements including proximity for current employees, opportunity for potential future growth, and access to the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport.
