Exclusive to PAC (The Packaging Association) members, the Ontario Chapter is offering a tour of Metro Label Company–one of North America’s top tag and label converters–on January 28, 2010.

Starting in 1974, the family-run business utilizes state-of-the-art equipment along with effective communication and commitment to excel as key factors involved in converting high quality labels.

GOING GREEN

Metro Label Company is one the first label companies in North America to have in place a sustainable environmental program and policy, that began in 2005 when its newly constructed corporate headquarters in Toronto achieved LEED certification. The company was also awarded the Label Industry Global award for Sustainability and Environmental responsibility in 2008 for its environmental goals and policies, and was also presented with the Environmental Excellence award by the Tag and Label Manufacturers Institute in 2007.
