FlexLink sold to Coesia Group

Automation Coesia Group FlexLink Group

The Coesia Group, a global player within advanced automated machinery, acquires FlexLink, the world leading production logistics provider.

The Coesia Group has acquired the FlexLink Group. The agreement was signed in Milan, Italy on November 16, 2011 and is subject to customary antitrust approval.

The acquisition will allow Coesia to provide the combined offer of their leading technologies with the production logistics solutions—-conveyors and more—from FlexLink, worldwide, including FlexLink Systems Canada, Inc., headquartered in Burlington, Ont. Coesia, headquartered in Bologna, Italy, is a group of innovation-based industrial solutions companies offering automated machinery to the fast moving consumer goods (FMCG), health care, cosmetics and tobacco industries. It is fully-owned by Isabella Seràgnoli.
